SUP YogaPilates is a complete training fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and Stand Up Paddle Surf (SUP) that combines two great core workouts (Yoga & Pilates) on the Stand Up Paddle board in order to build strength, flexibility, and balance.
SUP YogaPilates allows you to enjoy the strength & grace of Pilates and the flexibility & spirituality of Yoga together with the calming & healing powers of the water.
Practising Pilates core-based exercises on the board enhances the recruitment of such muscles plus the challenge and benefits of Pilates and builds extra flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. In addition, performing Yoga asanas & moves on the board while in the water challenges, elongates and strengthens the body, as well as deepens the abilities to focus, centre, and quiet the mind.
Our SUP YogaPilates classes are open to all levels of practice. If desired they also include an introductory course to Stand Up Paddle Surf so there is no need to have previous experience in Stand Up Paddle Surf in order to join these sessions.

- Introduction to Stand-Up Paddle Surf & Paddling technique coaching / perfection (Optional)
- SUP YogaPilates (YogaPilates on the SUP board)
- Postural alignment & Balance exercises
Location: Depending on the day's wind & waves conditions, we will choose the best location in the island to cater your likes and needs.
